Sometimes pictures tell the whole story.. the title also tells the story.. I would drop the second part of the title and just use the first.
Great capture.

I was going to say that I think this photo could use a description, but almo beat me to it. I can tell that there's a story behind this portrait. Sometimes it's good to tell the story. The dramatic lighting and composition in this are great. Your exposure is really, really good - especially considering the lighting. There is symbolic importance in the shadows. But we really need and deserve to know the whole story.

You really need to add a bit of a discription with a title like that. People do not realize just how distracting a title can be.
