They love crix, super worms, and pinkie mice. Don't feed too many mice though because they are very high in fat. Once a month would be nice on that.

sweet!! i used to have a scorpion or two and considered them pretty cool pets and so did my wife who ,was skepticle at first. they eat crickets and grasshoppers and stuff like that. they LOVE crickets!! i had one...SPIKE who lived for about three years. it's not a pet that you can pet or take for a walk but they are really interesting to watch.

aside from that i find this a really good shot of a great looking scorpion. pet stores here call 'em south east asian scorpions but emporer is really more accurate while pandinus....almo ROCKS!!! i like the seamless while backround and the lighting....very sculptural

Thank you, almo! Your comments on Scorpion surprised me. When i shot it, i have to use wooden stick to touch it. Do you know how to feed it? It still alive.

Emperor Scorpion, Pandinus imperator. Not a deadly species to man, but scary looking all the same. It is also the largest species of scorpion.

Nice shot Hanh

Of course! It still alive in plastic box in my office. I bought it 10 days ago (around 0.35 usd). In our country some body (men) buy them and steep it in vodka (some months) to use as special medicine.
