Thanks to all! John and Vlad - I agree with you on both the grass (Vlad), and the sliding of controls PUSHING levels to the max. I wished I had shot this RAW. I could have more selectively enhanced the best areas requiring any push. I have a copy of the NEW Lightroom waiting for me at my shop. I will go pick it up and try and behave on the controls in the future! All - Thanks for all your great, and most welcomed critique/comments.

the colors mainly are excellent excepting the grass, i don't like that type of green, it looks too soft, too artificial.
over all, a great image, congrats.

Holy saturation, Batman! My eyes are bleeding!
I actually like this photo and think the saturation works with the subject. But it is shocking and way farther than I'd ever go with the sliders

Congratulations Tim! Featured Photo of the Week
Very nice mood, almost surreal image.

Beautiful photo, I really am impressed in deep saturated colours and that you manage to capture the image using HDR that looks so natural.
Thanks Tim,
Frans.

Stunning color. I feel you did well with using the water to point to and enhance the sun which is carefull shaded by the foilage/plants at the right. This has a very charming and inviting presence!
