Just a snap shot of my son taken in Venice seven years ago. He is ishooting with my Nikon F that at the time was 30 years old. I took the pic with a little $90 Minolta P&S. (A Fathers Day Present form the kids) The scan is lousy but than the print wasn't much to start with. Just a good memory. That's a lot of what my photography is about, good memories.

Larry I looked at this shot and before I read the details I thought what's Larry doing---trying to remind us how old we are, then I read the details and saw that it was your son. You can definitely see the resemblance. Looks like that was a great trip.

The images that mean the most to us aren't necessarily our best. I try not to look too hard at the details of those -- as long as the subject works (e.g., a happy face like this one), they are our favorites...

Thanks Jack and Pam for the look and the comments. Your right Pam many times the most precious image we have are not the best technically. This photo brings back wonderful memories of a week spent with my son in a beautiful city far away.

Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
