I think these are the first pics I have seen of your canoes. They are very beautiful. How long does it take you usually to make one?
As far as critiquing the photo, I like the lighting. Great showcase of the canoe. I also like how the paddler is in silhouette. Be careful of centering your images though. In this case, the paddler is heading from right to left in the frame, so I would have panned a hair to the left. Placing the subject on the right hand side of the frame and leaving more room on the left will create more of a sense of movement. I also would have placed him a little lower in the frame and included the horizon in the background. Beware of your horizon levels as well. You can see how crooked it is by little bit that is visible in the upper right. Hope this helps a little
