The clouds give it a beautiful dream like effect. Very nice choice on the b&w conversion.

I liked this as a colour photo when I captured this image back in early November but since switching to PS3 and it's enhanced B&W conversion, I have been busy re-visiting older photos to enjoy them all over again.

Dramatic effect with the clouds! The shadow across the lower right portion might be too much, but it does work. This scene offers obvious additional possibility depending upon differing light. Of course the sky might not be as cooperative then either!

Good choices in the conversion process.

Thank you CPD drg for your interest and comments. This lighthouse is about 6 hours from my home but I may be back to that area in the spring. I lucked out with the sky and the setting sun. A stand of trees to the right is responsible for the shadows you mention. The lighthouse is no longer operational and the replacement is a metal tower that hidden directly behind the older structure in this view.
