A Nikon D300 controlled studio sample photo taken at the maximum sensitivity of ISO 6400 (HI 1). The photo was shot as a maximum resolution TIFF. White balance was set to the tungsten preset. The image is unedited except for the addition of the text, logo, and graybar. It was then resaved as a maximum quality JPEG in Photoshop. Click on the photo to see it at the original resolution.

The EOS 5D is an antique now. To be fair, we'll have to see how Canon answers this at Photokina

that's totally useable..blows the freaking 5 D right out of the water at 6400 that the 5 D does at 1200
