G'day old timer, thanks again for the encouragement, after I posted the older shot of this stream on here I decided it would be good to head back into the ranges for a hike especially since we had some good rain,anyhow cut a long story short,I limped home with crook back,knee and wrist(them rocks can be slippery when wet!) but I think I got a couple of keepers in the end and the D200 is still in one piece!. lol.JH.
As they say, "no pain no gain" in this situation in appears there was a big gain. Beautiful image. I hope you have more.Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Hi Martin,thanks ,glad you like it!,I do like good punchy shots and try not to go overboard with it but just accentuate the highlights,it can be a very fine line though and getting a lab to print correctly can also be a nightmare as each individual has their own idea of how much saturation is too much etc etc.Cheers!.JH.
