This is how the PhotographyREVIEW.com digital camera tests are shot. There are two Photoflex Starlight tungsten lights with softboxes. Tests are shot at all ISO settings with white balance set to the camera's tungsten preset. Exposure is set so that the white patch on the GretagMacbeth ColorChecker is as close to pure white as possible, without blowing out. The sample photos are captured as JPEGs or TIFFs and a graybar, the camera name and ISO, and our logo are added in Photoshop. Then they're saved as a maximum quality JPEG at the original resolution and uploaded to the Digital Camera Tests gallery.
