Congratulations on POD Glenn----I didn't realize how far north Sweden was until I saw the time the picture was taken. I had an uncle who was born there and he never mentioned the cold, however he was from Malmo which I gather has a more temperate climate.

Yes Jack, Malmö is in the south and the weather there is more temperate and more like Denmark's. What most people don't realise is that if you were to take a pair of dividers, put one point in the south of Sweden, extend the other point to the most northerly extreme - then swing it round to the East the point would pass through the middle of Italy.
