I like this panoramic but it's pretty blown out in the sky. I hate to see lost sky detail. I don't know what software you have available. But masked Photoshop adjustment layers are the key to holding on to that kind of detail. In my opinion, masked adjustment layers are where the real power of Photoshop is to be had.

I have some issues with color correction on my workstation in the office. We have the color profile set for laser printing vector graphics and I haven't figured out how to disable it for photos -- so I'm tending to over correct. I'll play with it and see if I can get the sky to come back.
