I like the concept (powerful and moody), but it would probably be a bit better if the ducks were larger to give it more balance.

I looked an many of your photos and find more than a few underexposed. Maybe the settings you are using on your Pentax need some changes.

I agree with pweb - it could work and I almost like it, but something needs to be changed - it is a little too dark and yes, the ducks are too small.
