I do like the "unplanned" effects.I.M.H.O. this makes it more unique, the result is even stronger abstract values. The background is strong,as I see it, the building makes the mood great. This is a really good capture of a very difficult exposure.
Thanks for the generous rating, Rick. Because of those "unplanned effects" you mentioned, none of the other shots were even workable. It was extremely windy that night so even the still floats 'danced around' too much for my camera's night exposure limits. And the bone-chilling temp didn't allow for gloves off time with the settings. Who would plan a December night parade in Minnesota?!? :idea:
