What caught my eye was the sun / shadow thing. If ya think about that larger image size.Too big?

I wanted to present the wide angle feeling.This capture has a 63 degree field of vision at this 20mm setting.AND I'm less than a foot away.It's a fun lense.
I appreciate the feedback.

Great shot rick! I'm thinking about buying the Sigma 10-20mm lens. I read your review but what have you found most impressive since posting your review? I have a prime 24mm which is a darn good lens but not wide enough. I also have the Canon 17-85, not sharp at all, I'm getting ready to sell the canon 17-85 on ebay!!!

The Sigma 10-20 is a great lense.I find it has the capacity to capture every color in amazing detail.(the EX series glass)I also like the 9" min. focus distance.Another plus is that it's very well balanced on most DSLR's.It's slightly heavy,very compact, this gives it the perfect balance on a lightweight body(D80).I don't regret the investment at all.

Optically;It's a very high quality lense, you can get really creative with it.Expect to find yourself seeing things like never before.F/8 is the sweet spot.In low light you'll need to crank up the ISO.This Sigma is not a fast lense.That's my only nitpick.:thumbsup:

I highly recommend this lense!
