Always love a good Mail Pouch barn and this is a great one. I think b&w is the way to go here. IMHO it seems a bit flat maybe a bit of contrast boost would make it pop more. Nice Work.Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

These are a fading piece of Americana. Get them now before they are gone!
I'll add that in addition to O.T.'s comments it the image might use with some edge tracing or other type of sharpening along with the contrast. The level adjustments with edge sharpening might be an alternative technique for enhancements.
The composition of the barn running off the right edge works for the photo as the ramshackle quality is highlighted as we just don't know how bad the condition is or will soon become. It could almost be thought of as organic in how it is rooted in something we cannot fully observe.
