I recently found out that this was a picture of 'Old One Eye'. a local well known Dall outside of Anchorage . Turns out he was killed not long after this picture was taken. The poacher was followed by a motorist that saw him and he was caught. One Eye was shot in the Chugach National PArk so the crime was a felony. He is up for 20 years and may very well do somewhere around 2-5 for the crime. I hope the creep rots in jail.
