These smell wonderful. This image is untouched, as I saw it.

Experiment ; "Bokeh" of the image is too sharp ?
Did I get too tight on the aperature ? (F/9) How can I isolate the flower in the back.Larger F-stop ?

Tokina 28-70 AF 2.8 macro lense.

Beautiful image Rick. I like the way f9 has isolated the blossom that you intended to be the focus of attention. A larger aperture would blur the background more of course but I'm not sure you need that. If you want a definitive answer run this by Loupey over on the N&W forum. He is the guy with the tech answers.

Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

well done rick....this has all of the elements of greatness and you didn't even have to play with it. great comp and nice sharp crisp focus with enough of tthe great pink to really hold my attention. nice job

Thank you everyone

Can you believe this was taken with a $60.00 lense that I found on e-bay.Tokina lenses = Hoya glass. The detail, clarity is fantastic.

Overall I'm very pleased with the performance of this lense. Not bad for a 10 year old piece of glass.

I appreciate the feedback.
