To me this is the clearly the winner of the two images. This photo seems more symmetrical and better balanced. The colors and the DOF are very pleasing as well. We don't always have to go traipsing all over creation to find a good subject for a photograph, sometimes all we have to do is look as close as the dish drain. Nice work!Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Thanks all, pretty satisfied as I can be I guess Glenn. But as you know, no photo is ever totally complete, we all salivate on improvement ;).
Also, I agree with you Larry, you need not go far! These are the wine glasses I am putting out for my first Show for all of my guests. They were all bunched together in a basket sitting by the glass sliding door, and the light coming thru caught my eye, alas.
Michael, mood is one of the stronger points for me as well.
