UPDATE: The officer in this picture, Cpl. Arlie Jones, sadly lost his life in the line of duty, along with 2 other officers, approx. 7 months after I took this picture. My condolences go out to him and his family.

The 2 civilians stopped this bad guy and held him until the police arrived. They recovered the purse he tried to steal from a 93 year old woman. This bad guy however got a rude awakening when he discovered that he was charged with a felony, instead of a misdemeanor.
