The Water is special and difficult object for shooting.
What the camera adjusting did you use for the photo?
For nice water structure the slow Tv need e.g. 1/10 -1 s. I could not take it recently since I have not a ND filter to do the apperture more than F8. Now I have Hoja ND8 that is equal to F64 on my lens, and I can take a water as a "fog" easy.A picture is worth a thousand words .....
