I think this is very interesting slice of life and has the potential to be a great photo. You say it's a snapshot. But I imagine there's more information in the file that could be optimized in order to improve the image. Has this been adjusted at all or is this how it came out of the camera? Are you interested in improving it?

I did crop out someone standing to the right and changed it from color to B&W.
Any suggestions are appreciated, I don't even consider myself a amateur photographer but rather someone that just has fun taking pics without having a clue of what I'm doing
Great! I'd love to see a really good version of this photo. How did you convert it to black and white? What software do you have available? I like the black and white idea. But I'd like to see a richer, more film-like black and white conversion. I would use Photoshop's channel mixer to do it. That tool allows you to do a conversion that looks very much like film.
Why don't you post the full, unedited image in the gallery and make a post on the Digital Imaging forum and we can play with it? Just make sure to include a link to the original photo on your Digital Imaging forum post. I will be happy to give this one a shot and tell you exactly what I do.
