It's nice to have a photo like that. The light is great and so is the composition. But the image quality is pretty poor. It looks like a cropped scan of a print. Is that correct? Still, sometimes photos like this take on new meaning. And we take what we have and make the best of it. Regardless of the image quality, the twin towers make this a powerful image.

Right again John, I took a series of pictures in the mid to late 80's of Manhattan mainly city scape's from the Brooklyn side of the E. River. My camera in those days was a Minolta XG-1. The lens was a Spiratone 80-200mm zoom, I don't recall the f range now but it was a cheap(relatively speaking) lens and I worked right around the corner from Spiratone so the choice was easy as far as gearing up.
No doubt about it,this, to pros is a cliché' shot and not a real good one at that but in the 80's I'd no idea how things would change.
While the WTC was being constructed I worked for an outfit that mfg. anti vibration bases and springs for air handling units and the like, I had to deliver parts to the construction boss at the WTC,rode up construction elevator on tower II, and met with man and took out my camera a shot two pics and left.
The pics were lost along the way.
