Neither. It is a 1962. This is one of Virgil Exner's designs for Chrysler for the compact car market. Specifically, this is a 1962 Dodge Lancer, an "Early A-Body". It's sister car is the "Valiant". The "Valiant" marque was originally destined to be an offshoot for Chrysler's small car market, but for the 1963 model year, the "Valiant" became the "Plymouth Valiant", instead of "Valiant by Plymouth" (or Chysler depending on locale).

This particular design was on the market for the '60-'62 model years, when it was completely redesigned by the new car designer. I do not remember his name at the moment.

Betcha it has a Slant Six in it!
