Open space preserve about 4 miles from my home.
Lighting was difficult for the "tiny" lense. I tried higher ISO, you all know what that means...ha!

I juiced it up to present a more pleasing photo.

This is a very relaxing place in the midst of a booming, busy Bay Area.

Relax....

Small noise problem there is on enlarged size photo. Maybe it because of high ISO ?. Sorry that I ask, why you do not use Noise redution? It would be well, I checked it on the picture via NoiseWare.

David, Today I just got the new NIKON Capture NX software (in preperation for my pre-ordered D80)
After I have it installed, running,

This would be a good test [Photo to work with. I will update you, from what I hear this software is state-of-the-art.
Nikon does it right or they just don't do it at all!

Rick, I did not know nothing about the Nicon software. The recent was not well, exactly, thougth Olympus and Fuji did not well the software too(see review on megapixel.net). Note , if you going to shoot in Raw format you must know that Nicon Raw converter need to buy singly. Check it in NX software.About the Nicon D80, I think that it is the best SLR choice this day, but need the VR lens (no an Anti-shake system inside the camera).
