Too square to be hip.

Nice job on a SP. Good composition, very efective for this type of shot. Although I would have liked to see the top of the tree. Very nice color in the sky.

Great saturation in the blue range. The image suggest space but sorry to say your being in it takes away from the pureness of it.

Like the composition (except for cropping the tree). I would consider shooting the self-portrait vertically while you where "struggling" to hold the tree up.
