These are great! This is just regular folks shooting off bottle rockets on the beach, right? I like these because they have a real foreground. Makes the photos a lot more interesting. I think the foreground is the key for fireworks photos. You got the exposure perfect and these are really cool. Were they taken in Davenport?

Yeah, I was really happy with this series. It was the first time I really shot fireworks. I really have to thank heavens for getting my 15mm replaced. I think it was key, as it's really the only W.A. lens I own, in getting the entire frame. I see shots of fireworks all the time that dont show much or any foreground. These came out better than I could have hoped for.
Yeah, this was south of Davenport closer to 4 mile beach. There is a sweet call box up on the road you can park by and take a small walk on a fireroad to get to this little cove.
