I like this one a lot better than 'Star Sight.' The positioning of the sun and the fence work better. The line of the fence rooted in the clouds comes across the image in almost the exact Golden Proportion area of the photo and leads the eye to a nice symmetrical conclusion.
The sun dog/lens flare just caps it off with the upper and lower colorations underneath just providing an umbrella of color to set off the sun and further arrest the eye.
The only 'weak' point for me is how the central post just sort of ends in the soft edge of the frame.
