Were you playing with the white balance? Did you intentionally make it this blue/cyan? It looks like you had the camera set for the tungsten preset. I like the colors for this photo. I think it creates a more contemplative atmosphere. The low angle and soft, anonymous person makes me think of walking on the beach, thinking about life. I feel like cropping some of the sky out woud strengthen is a bit. I'm big on very careful cropping. A small crop can often make a huge difference in the power of a photo.
