I really like this. It may be a mundane scene there. But it sure looks exotic to my eyes. One thing that sets this apart from other pyramid photos I've seen is the light. Were there high thin clouds or something? The light is cooler and flatter than I would expect of this scene. I like it. It may be that the color balance is a little off. I think it could use a bit of red.
I also like the depth-of-field. I might have shot one stop more open to soften the background just a little more. But I think your background is very nice. I can see lots of detail but it's just soft enough to make your main subject stand out.
Glad to have you on the site! Your photos are a great contribution. You're really adding some new diversity to the gallery. The plane photos are really cool!
