Hi! For angle correction I use PhotoImpact 10. Additionally, by this soft you can correct the lens distortion if is it.

This is a fun photo. The angle doesn't bother me, although I can see it. All you need to do is rotate it about 1/2 a degree, counter-clockwise, in Photoshop.
The overly bright pool stairs bother me in this image. They really distract from the kid, trapping my eye in the middle right of the image. Be careful with your exposures - check your histogram and try to make sure you don't clip the highlights. Dark shadows can easily be fixed in Photoshop. But blown highlights can't be fixed.
