I like where Olympus is going with these new stylus cameras. Big LCD's, waterproof, shock resistant. This may push me over the line.

I have little concern about the image quality at low ISO settings. I'm curious about noise at the new, higher ISO levels, and how the electronic image stabilization works. I'm not even sure what electronic image stabilization is. Guess I need to ask some questions about that. My main concern with this camera is the shutter-lag. I played with it a little at the show and it did seem to have excessive shutter-lag. It may be that different settings will speed it up. But if the shutter-lag is too slow, it sort of voids a lot of the benefit of being waterproof and shockproof - at least it does for me.
