The Pentax 645 Digital is under development and was under glass. I assume that this is only a model. But they have named the Kodak sensor they're using and it's a very interesting camera. The 18-megapixel sensor is physically much larger than even the full-frame 35mm sensors on the Canon pro digital SLRs. A bigger sensor means bigger pixels and bigger pixels almost always mean better image quality. Depending in the pricing, this camera might represent a real competitor for the Canon full-frame digital SLRs, as well as the Hasselblad and Mamiya digital cameras. Plus, Pentax has a lot of available lenses for their 645 and the auto focus works very well - although it's not as quick and accurate as the AF in the Canon 1D bodies.
