nothing is like it seems to be...

I really like that color! did you use some kind of filter to make it more green and "appetizing"?

funny - we were actually taking the same photos, at the same time but on 2 different sides of globe

My only comment would be, too bad you could not have fully filled the frame. Otherwise a nice shot of one very difficult subject.

I composed this shot this way for several reasons..
In my opinion... A moon shot centered is a boring effect.
I feel that this shot gives good depth.Big sky perspective is how I look at the moon...
I wanted this capture to have flair, unique style along with capturing the mood of the sky.

Lense was----- maxed at 32x zoom.Canon Image stabilizer is so sweet.
This month the moon was really small.So imagine this pic. taken in a different lunar cycle, the moon will be huge, probably centered...not
