Beautiful !
After a 4 yrs here , I can see an image and say with a good degree of confidence who's it is before actually seeing the user, the processing plus the mountains are a give away it wlll be yours John.

Wow - thanks, guys! This was one I was wishing was a bit better. I felt like the contrast and and resolution where being pushed just a bit too much in this scene. This is actually a good example of a photo that is really pushing the limits of the Nikon 1 system sensor.

I never thought of my processing style as being distinctive, Armando. I hope it's a good thing that you can pick it out. My goal is always a natural looking scene. I don't like things to be overdone. I never want people to think about the processing at all. I don't want it to be a distraction. I am working towards "emotional truth" in a scene, without pushing it over the edge into fantasy. So many photos these days are really over-processed in my opinion. The processing and style should never become the content, in my opinion.
