I heard about peach pizza last year and haven't been able to stop thinking about it. So I finally made my own. I've made it twice now and it's no joke. I am making it with fresh peaches, prosciutto, balsamic carmelized onion, goat cheese, fresh mozarella, fresh rosemary and a bit of jalapeno. There's no sauce - just some olive oil and then the goat cheese on the bottom. That makes kind of a creamy layer below all the other stuff. I think sauce would actually ruin it. Highly recommended - try it!
