I see very strange haloing artifacts in the foreground fog, motion blur @ 1/13 ( shutter shake) in the upper 1/3. Over-saturation is apparent as well.

Did you use a tripod? At this shutter speed that may help a lot.

I highly suggest setting camera shooting mode to P-auto / auto ISO, let that bad-boy do the thinking....

O.K. In that case crank up the ISO to 6400 & get a crisp clean shot at a higher shutter speed. That D800 can go to ISO 10,000 and still look good.

ISO is a valuable tool...use it! :O)
