Well I'm speechless too. Just a beautiful shot sir. The only thing that throws me off is the "signature". It just always seems to "get in the way" of my eye. I know you have it there for a reason, but I wish it wasn't. Sorry, just my opinion and now I will butt out.

Dana I put the signature in the most appropriate place I know, but I do it as I've had a couple of my shots used on web sites without permission and I want to make it difficult for them to be used. I don't know how to watermark, so the best I can do it put the signature in as you correctly point out an intrusive place, sorry.
A little more about this capture.
It took awhile to get it right, the hardest part was to eliminate as many of the reflections as possible, I had bed sheets tied up to tripods, blinds drawn and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Now you're probably thinking, maybe rear sync flash to get the motion? Nope the bread was toasted and hanging from fishing wire on a rod attached to the air exhaust above the stove. The motion was achieved by cloning.
