Well I am bothered by the sidewalk in the bottom left corner, and the pole jutting out of the forehead of the 2nd guy to the right. Also the guy in the middle that is cutting out half of the lady in the blue skirt is distracting to me. Standing there like that he really seems out of place to me. I think that I would have moved him back to fill space between blue skirt and black shirt ladies. I would have moved long hair guy over to the left a bit, and I would have brought rock-sitting dude around just slightly on his seat to complete the triangle effect. To finish off the pose I would have slid blue blouse lady over a bit to the right, and brought the little girl and her 2 peeps a little closer together.
All of that aside, from what I have seen working in a pro lab, “as is” this would pass with flying colors, although personally I would have to see about removing that pole in post.

You work in a lab? That's what I used to do, too. Thanks for pointing out the pole. I didn't even notice it. I will remove it. As for the placement of the people, they're supposed to be sort of haphazard and random. I wanted there to be as little order as possible. It's hard to do that without some blocking.
I kinda wondered if that might be you but I didn't want to asume it...lol. I did work in a lab for 3 and a half years of my life, but i just moved back to florida so I had to quit.
