I'm impressed that you know about "Flat Stanley". Do you know anymore about this street character, was there only the one? do you think it was just street art. You will find out that I like stories to go along with the pics..lol...or just ignore me if you want. I really like this shot tho.
This was in DC. I am supposing that someone was trying to do a Flat Stanley and this one got lost or tossed. There was traffic coming at me, so I had to take the shot fast. I almost wish I had gone back and taken a few more shots.
