The color range is fantastic arne

Sharpness is just right for this f/stop.Wide open settings have very short dof, narrow focal plane. Experiment with your angle, select what you want in focus.You are using the self- timer,tripod at this shutter speed right?

Thanks, Rick!! Yes, I am using a tripod, cable release and mirror lock up. When I get past 3.5, the colors become less pronounced.

This is my favorite one of the disc experiments. I tried some and my bubbles were actually pretty sharp. I'm just hand holding the camera too. If I didn't feel like I was copying you I would have posted it..lol. Keep this up..I love them

BTW...I consider this an abstract and sharpness is not all that important, beautiful as it is.
