The La Sal Mountains, near Moab, Utah. This was taken about 35 miles away from a bluff above I-70 with the Olympus E-PL2 Pen camera and 75-300mm f/4.8-6.7 zoom lens at 215mm - a 430mm equivalent focal length (compared to 35mm / full frame). Note that almost nothing is sharp and the contrast and color are a bit thick. I think that's because I was shooting through so much atmosphere and dust - it was windy that day so there was a lot of dust in the air. In a super long photo like this, that kind of thing becomes a real factor.
