This is beautiful, Richard! Great scene and composition. I love the starkness of the mountain landscape and the contrast between the yellow foliage and the neutral tones of the rocks and snow. The silhouette of the person really ties it together, too. For me, this would be incomplete without the man observing the scene.
One thing bothers me. There appears to be some mushy or blurry areas. I can't tell if it's compression artifacting, a lens issue or something else. Can you explain it?

Are you talking about the blurr area around the end of waterfall?

The waterfall I understand, Richard. There's a blurry spot on the tree to the right and it also looks blurry right next to the man. These seemingly random bits of blur dont make sense to me. Is this a recent, digital photo or an old scanned photo?

I am not sure whether a lens or humidity.Before I took this photo I noticed that the lens was covered by humid,It was raining and follow by small snow flakes.I clean the lens and take this shot.I don't know the answer.
