Interesting indeed. Very nice treatment of the separate window panes. This also looks like an HDR, possibly a single image. Perhaps a tighter crop to remove the left side of the frame and the background yard.
NKP68, yes, this is a tone-mapped image made from a single RAW image using Photomatix. I didn't crop the left side because I liked the shadows seen through the doorway. A tighter crop would probably work as well.
