Sven, host of the lasagna bakeoff. I am very pleased with the quality of this photo, taken handheld at ISO 12,800 with the Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and 70-200 f/4L lens. It was brightened up a bit and adjusted for color in Lightroom and then I made a small curves adjustment in Photoshop. I uploaded it at the original resolution and no sharpening or noise reduction have been applied.
