Beautiful light! I wish you hadn't centered the horizon so much, though. The "Rule-of-Thirds" suggests that you divide your images into thirds and place your main subject(s) on the gridlines. To do that with this image you'd move the horizon up or down. So you'd have to choose between the sky or the water as your main subject. In this photo you're trying to have it both ways. That diminshes the photo, in my opinion. Choosing either the sky or the water would focus the image and make it stronger.
Your image title is funny to me. Near where I live, in California, there's a river named the Russian River. So I thought that's what your photo was of. But the river looks too big. Then I saw the keywords and realized that your photo was actually of a river in Russia
