Ahhh - I got excited when I saw this one. Looks like you could have used a tripod, though. Unless you get lucky or you have some sort of camera support or image stabilization, 1/13th of a second is too slow to handhold. It is a great scene and a fun composition, though. Next time take a tripod or brace yourself against a building or something!
