The Bokeh @ F/2.5 is very nice stu.The subject is soft to the point of abstract.I like this shot, how the colors pop together. :thumbsup:
IMHO try an experiment... I would shoot this at F/12, use manual fill flash to record texture, grab silky saturated details, sharpness.Also try up-to iso 500.The Higher the F/stop the sharper, wider DOF.
Just my thoughts.
