I think that the first thing that stands out for me is the uneven horizon line. The foreground is the most interesting thing of the pic, but I got to say honestly it doesn't do much for me. It looks like you got out of the car and took a quick snap. My suggestion? Go back in the early morning hours or late evening hours and re-take the shot getting the horizon level and maybe getting the camera in a lower position to the vegetation to add some depth to the shot. Hopefully some clouds will bless your sky that day. Sorry if I sound harsh, but i've learned more from my bad shots than my good ones, and always look for an honest opinion. If i've got bad habits, I want to break them. Try going out again, and reshooting this, you will be glad you did. Take your time, its always worth it and you will enjoy the outdoors even more.
