I like the setting with the dark bg and light coming from the right. My only critique is I feel a bit too much top of head was cut or cropped. Might not feel so that way about it if maybe there was not so much room under subjects chin. This is just my impression when I look at it, of course only my opinion and does not mean the shot is wrong.I like the shot overall, but just bothered a bit by how much top is cropped. Good work, portraits can be tricky as I am finding out.
Your title says it all, with the various shades of black throughout the frame. The whites of his eyes really stand out without being over-whitened. Nice shot, as usual. Hope you're doing well.
