Thank you aurajane, Just before noon light No filter... In-camera Active D-Lighting (auto setting) was a valuable tool in this difficult lighting situation.
Now that I think about it...I wish I had set "shade" as my WB. That might explain the tint Experiment alot with WB settings.

Rick, if you are shooting RAW, then you can experiment with WB settings in your post-processing. If you are only shooting jpg, then you I think it's best to do it in the camera when you are shooting. Lately I've been setting the camera to save both as jpg & RAW. Sometimes the jpg is good enough and I don't have to mess with it, but it's nice to have the RAW file just in case I need to really "play" around in PP.
